carrying a laptop on a F-40

I am considering buying a F-40 for my daily commute and will need to carry a 13" x 10" laptop. What is the best way? I imagine a laptop of that size is too big for a seat bag and will need a rack and panniers, is that true?

F40 storage area

There is a storage area inside the tail fairing part of the F40 fairing. I do not know if it is big enough to hold a 10" by 13" laptop computer though.
