Lightning sells a Mirrycle mirror that attaches to your brake lever and works very well. That is one way to go.
I use a small mirror called Take-A-Look that attaches to my glasses or sunglasses. It costs around $15 and works very well. Because it attaches to your glasses, it does not vibrate, and it is easy to use on multiple bikes. It is robustly constructed and should last a long time, unlike the 3rd Eye eyeglass mirrors I have used in the past.
There are probably other mirrors that work well too.
I use a Zefal Spy for both my P-38 and my wife's P-38
they are small, lightweight and work well on the
handlebars, with an easily removable plastic strap.
